Lori has spent 20 years in the transportation and logistics industry assisting independently operated business units realize significant savings and process improvements through collaborative bidding and shared best practices. She recently launched FreightClaimAudit.com to help shippers eliminate avoidable expense and maximize recovery of loss & damage.

Lori began her career at Moen Incorporated where she managed corporate transportation before moving on to lead the efforts of the Fortune Brands Transportation Council. During the past 13 years the companies that comprise the Council realized significant transportation savings through collective bids, countless process improvements and gained efficiencies.

Her collaborative efforts have included joint ocean bids, LTL transportation bids, mapping and process improvement projects including returns management, claims management, O.S.  & D. training and documentation, freight payment outsourcing, and North American distribution analysis.

Lori's newest commitment to the transportation community, FreightClaimAudit.com, specializes in full service claim management, O.S.& D. training and root cause analysis to aid in the elimination of claims, invoice deductions and non-compliance fines. She leads a team that brings visibility and clarity to these processes and helps companies implement solutions to reduce cost, improve recovery and, more importantly, eliminate the root causes that generate claims.

She is an active member of CSCMP, CCPAC and the National Association of Professional Women.
